Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Morocco Premium Travel, we strive to provide seamless and memorable experiences across the kingdom. We understand that plans can change, and we aim to make our cancellation process as transparent as possible.

Standard Cancellation Terms

Our policy is based on the time remaining before your scheduled departure:

  • 24 Hours or More Notice: You are eligible for a Full Refund. Cancellation is free of charge.

  • Less than 24 Hours Notice: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are non-refundable.

  • Late Arrivals/No-Shows: If you miss your departure or arrive after the start time, no refund will be issued.

Changes to Your Booking

We do our best to accommodate your schedule; however, please note:

  • Changes to bookings (such as date or time adjustments) requested less than 24 hours before departure are not accepted.

  • Changes requested more than 24 hours in advance are subject to availability.

Weather & Safety Policy

Your safety is our top priority. In the event of bad weather or unsafe conditions:

  • We will offer you an alternative date for your experience.

  • If you are unable to reschedule, a full refund will be provided automatically.

Note: All cancellation timestamps are calculated based on the local time zone in Morocco (GMT+1).

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The funds will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
