Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit has been successfully received. By making a payment, you agree to the terms of this Cancellation & Refund Policy.

2. Free Cancellation

You may cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure time.

In this case, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Late Cancellation

If you cancel less than 48 hours before departure, the deposit is non-refundable.

This policy applies because we reserve vehicles, drivers, accommodations, and services in advance.

4. No-Show Policy

If you do not appear at the agreed meeting point and time without prior notice:

  • The booking will be considered a no-show

  • No refund will be issued

5. Special Tours (Desert & Multi-Day Tours)

For multi-day tours, desert tours, or customized itineraries:

  • Cancellation more than 5 days before departure → Full refund of deposit

  • Cancellation less than 5 days before departure → Deposit non-refundable

Some accommodations require advance payments which may not be refundable.

6. Modifications

We will do our best to accommodate date changes if requested at least 48 hours before departure, subject to availability.

Price differences may apply.

7. Cancellation by Morocco Premium Travel

In rare cases (extreme weather, road closures, safety concerns), we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour.

In such cases, customers will be offered:

  • A full refund
    OR

  • An alternative date

8. Refund Processing

All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method only. We do not issue cash refunds for online payments.

Processing time may vary depending on your bank.
